Senior Receptionist

You will see Charmaine as your first point of contact as she welcomes you in to the clinic, in her senior receptionist role. Charmaine’s background is a Certificate IV Veterinary Nurse who recently returned to the profession after 17 years of working in other fields, including finance and early childhood education. Charmaine has enjoyed working in both small and large animal practices. She has spent a large proportion of her life living and working overseas and upon her return to Australia she volunteered at animal shelters before diving back into the veterinary world which she confesses is her first love. Charmaine is delighted to be back in the Queensland sunshine and enjoys spending her time with her 4 children and household of pets including 2 cats Willow and Winter, and Staffy Waffles. Charmaine also cares for young and injured possums as a licensed wildlife carer
