Daniela
Veterinary Nurse
Daniela completed her Veterinary Medicine Degree in 2012 in Brazil, she completed a Medicine Residency in Canines and Felines between 2013-2016, a Masters in animal science, and Specialised in Veterinary Cardiology in 2019-2021. She has worked in both emergency and general practice and the last 3 years with canine and feline cardiology. Dani commenced working at the clinic in January 2023 in a veterinary nurse role, whilst studying to have her Veterinary Degree recognised in Queensland. Dani grew up surrounded by animals and veterinary medicine was already the professional dream of her mother and older sister.
Unfortunately, they couldn't pursue it, but I was always very motivated to pursue a career in the industry. Here I am! I love animals very much, taking care of them and helping their families. I enjoy the challenges of interpreting patients' clinical signs, diagnosing what is causing them, and treating them to provide abetter quality of life. I enjoy taking care of animals, being able to alleviate their pain or discomfort. And, of course, I love cuddling the patients, being greeted with their happy faces and wagging tails!
Pets are the truest and purest love. I have 3 dogs and one cat in Brazil. They are living with my mum now.
